April 2015 Update

Clans of Kalquor 9: Alien Indiscretions – Wow. The newest in the series enjoyed the best debut of all my books. It shot directly to number one on Amazon’s Sci-Fi Erotica list and hit Smashwords and All Romance eBooks sites’ bestsellers within a day. Thank you all so very much for making it a success.

Are you missing out on it? Well, go get it! It’s available from Smashwords, Barnes & Noble, Amazon, Amazon UK, and All Romance. Also available in print.

Shalia’s Diary –Hot nights, bizarre dreams, new beaus, and a major falling out between friends. It’s going to be a busy month for our girl.

Shalia’s Diary Book 5 will come out April 17. Relive the ghost hunt as Shalia recovers from her abduction.

Netherworld IV: Animal Attraction – I am still outlining this one. Brandilynn has a reunion of sorts with her twin Ashley. Plus is Tristan really leaving? And who is this strange British fellow Arthur? Levi ‘Bane’ Ward, the hot werewolf undercover agent is back too. No release date set.

Clan Beginnings: Clan and Crown— Egilka and Clajak are pulling surprises on me left and right. Behave, you bad boys! Wait, what am I saying? No one wants these guys to behave! Release date: mid-December.

Brianna’s Clan – Who remembers Dramok Sojan, the young man who pulled Rachel Hicks out of the prison in ‘Prelude to Redemption’? He’s finally getting his own story, set during the months of rescues following Earth’s Armageddon. This will be a departure for the Kalquorian books. Since it is not part of the main Clans of Kalquor series, it will contain m/m/m sex as well as m/f/m/m. I’m about halfway through the outline now. I am aiming for June 2016 for the release.

And now for the potentially big news: I have been talking with a producer about a television series based on the Clans of Kalquor books.  There is a lot of work to be done and details to hash out, but it has become a very real possibility. The first season would feature events of Alien Embrace and Clan Clajak’s activities just prior to Alien Rule.

Right now we are working on the script for the pilot episode. A rough draft has been completed. I’ll keep you updated as things progress.

Meanwhile, there is a lot you as readers could do to help make this happen. Who doesn’t want hunky aliens in their living rooms? To that end, I must make a personal request. If you would be so kind as to leave honest reviews at whatever site you bought my books from, I would be more grateful than you can imagine. In particular, it would help if you would review Alien Embrace, Alien Rule, and the latest release, Alien Indiscretions. Selling sites like Amazon and Barnes and Noble are where the network honchos will be looking to gauge the popularity of the books, so reviews at places like Goodreads will not have much effect. If you can spare the time and effort, I would be so grateful.

And if you have the opportunity to recommend my books to your friends, that would help too. Talking about them, discussing them, debating them ... anything to raise interest will be of tremendous value. Sales of the books are a factor when it comes to ensuring the series will be a no or a go.

Thanks, everyone. And biggest thanks to those of you who have already left reviews for any and all of my books ... you are the best!

    1. We're too early in the development stages for me to discuss the details. There will be some spicy moments to be sure.

  3. Hello all Tracy I am loving alien discretionary, still reading, this is not a spoiler just a question for clarification, I thought the war was set off when Kessica became empress, which was well after the first earthier women were abducted. Do I hVe the correct understanding?? I would elaberate but I do not want to sY to much.

    1. I know what you're asking. Jessica's rise to empress was Earth's official reason for declaring war (their last straw), but they'd been looking for a valid reason since the women's abductions/seeking asylum on Kalquor. After the war, everyone agreed it was the mass Earther women clannings that was the real factor that started the war, even though it occurred around a year after that.

  4. Ahh ok good to know, though I figured it could be a valid argument chuckles, that it was a more a pride thing that not only were the abductees choosing to stay but others were volunteering to come willingly. Again might be wrong but I only thought 2 out of the over 1200 wanted to leave because they were lesbian. This book has had me on the edge of my seat, you do not know how many times I was like "No!" And again "NO NO" and again "NO NO NO DON'T DO IT!!!" Then screaming then groaning then smiling and laughing. FANTASTIC SO FAR TRACY LOVE YOU!!!

    1. Originally, Kalquor released the two lesbians, who told Earth they were taken against their will. When Earther women were given the option to de-clan, that fueled allegations that the Empire had outright abducted the women...a small minority of those women did end their clanships at that time. Earth always insisted all of the women had been taken against their will. As at the end of most wars, charges were made against various combatants. The Galactic Council has been trying to investigate the allegations of abduction and repeatedly blocked by the Kalquorian Empire's Royal Council.

I know, it's a lot of details to absorb. I'm glad you're enjoying the book so much! And you know I love you right back!
