Shalia’s Diary – The fifth storyline
is all wrapped up. I am working on putting it into book format to add to your
libraries. I hope to have it ready some time in March.
I also hope to start the sixth storyline up on the blog in March as
well. I’m still writing it as of this post. Shalia is being Shalia and finding
trouble galore once again. Well, it found her this time in the guise of a gift.
You’ll see what I mean later.
Netherworld II: Blood Potion No.
9 – I’ve got the pretty new cover. I've got the rights back. This is the second book in the adventures of ghost escort Brandilynn, complete with vampire boyfriend, ghost boyfriend, and werewolf undercover agent who gets a bit personal with our gal. Not enough changes to warrant buying it again if you already have it ... but if you don't have it yet, you can get your copy from Amazon, Amazon
UK, Smashwords, All
Romance, and print. It should be up on Nook in a week or two.
Clans of Kalquor 9: Alien
Indiscretions – The first draft is done! Pre-edits, it is over 154k words,
the longest book I have written. I have already identified some large chunks to
be cut. However, I tend to add a couple thousand words on the first edit run,
so we’ll see how that balances out. I still hope to get it published in late
March.
Netherworld IV: Animal Attraction
– I am outlining this one, which will feature more of Brandilynn adjusting to
inhabiting a vampire’s body and the subsequent fallout with her lover Tristan.
Thank goodness for Dan and that delicious werepanther Gerald, who are always
ready to keep her warm. Rawr. No release date set.
Clan Beginnings: Clan and Crown—I
am almost finished outlining Clan Clajak’s Beginnings. Part One (Clajak and
Egilka) will be something of a lark, with Part Two (Bevau) getting quite a bit
more dramatic. Then again, Bevau’s part includes that 3-day imprisonment when
Clajak and Egilka fought to convince our Nobek/Imdiko dual breed that he was
the right man for the clan. That should be interesting to write and hopefully read.
I am setting the release date for mid-December.
Yes, you read that correctly. With recent books doubling in size, I am
scheduling no more than two releases a year right now. If that changes and I
can write more, great. But it takes me twice as long to write a book that is
twice the size of the first ones. Go figure ... this fact only recently
occurred to me. It was a great duuuuhhh moment, one of many. Sometimes I think
my brain is made of pudding. Not good pudding, either. Runny, rancid pudding. Yuck.
I hope you all have a sweet and romantic Valentine’s Day!
Hey Tracy!! :-) It sounds like you have some awesome things on the way for us!! I can't wait to read them. :-)
