The rain ended by sunrise, and
Lindsey was happy to be on a beach again, away from the fetid smell of the
Everglades. She was a beach bunny
through and through. She wondered if the
shores of Kalquor were as nice as Earth’s.
Strong arms embraced her from
behind, and Lindsey smiled up at Bacoj.
